Services
Three lines of work that come together in every project: the environment, the social side and technology.
The environment
Designing, monitoring and improving urban services.
Better environmental results start with designing solutions that fit and work. We bring expertise to strategic decisions: we study the context and the people the service is for, assess feasibility and design the solutions.
We then define the service and design its quality system. Once it's up and running, we support monitoring throughout its life cycle, whether the authority runs it in-house or it is delivered through a contract or tender.
- Systems analysis and (re)designContext study, feasibility and service design.
- Quality and excellence systemsCriteria, indicators and continuous improvement.
- Auditing and evaluationContract monitoring, audits and reports.
Technology
Technological innovation with an environmental purpose.
Technology opens up opportunities in environmental management, both strategically (tracking goals, analysing trends, data-driven decisions) and operationally (efficiency, traceability and control of operations). It also brings services closer to people and makes transparency easier.
We design and roll out solutions for managing urban services and for the experience of residents, build bespoke applications and research new uses. Technology is always there to serve people and better environmental results.
- AmbiQIntegrated management software for urban services: waste collection, street cleaning and parks.
- Bespoke developmentApps, platforms, recycling centres and dashboards. Plus Ambitae Digitalización for paper work reports.
- Innovation labData and artificial intelligence applied to services.
The social side
People's involvement, commitment and experience.
Environmental results depend heavily on people's commitment and on a culture of sustainability that builds up over time. When a service changes, handling that change well is the basis for getting the results you expect.
We design social research, training, awareness-raising and participation, drawing on environmental engineering, marketing, social psychology, education and neuroscience.
